Il Gruppo Sansedoni, nel pensare a un altro modo nella gestione dei vari assets composti da opere d'Arte, al fine di dare maggior valore a ciascuna opera e che allo stesso tempo venisse incontro alle esigenze di ciscun proprietario di opere d'Arte, attraverso una società del Gruppo, la "Sansedoni 0ne Art Fund SCA", una partecipata lussemburghese, ha voluto offrire a privati collezionisti, la possibilità di ottimizzare la gestione delle proprie opere d'Arte, in un modo che li coinvolgesse in prima persona, con la possibilità di seguire l'andamento delle valutazioni delle proprie opere d'Arte e allo stesso tempo usufruendo dei servizi che la società lussemburghese offre.
Oggi le tipologie di fondi nel mondo dell'Arte sono sostanzialmente due: long term (8-10 anni) con periodi di tempo in cui l’investitore non può richiedere il rimborso delle quote detenute (lock up) generalmente di 3/5 anni e quelli più speculativi, a breve termine (in genere 5 anni) che puntano sul mercato dell’arte contemporanea, che spesso offre maggiori possibilità di trading.a d'Arte, la società utilizza canali sicuri e bancari, affinché, con strumenti innovativi e tecnologici, possa diffondersi a più soggetti l'informazione su ciascun bene, e, per chi decidesse e volesse cedere il proprio bene, con possibilità di poterlo vendere bene e più velocemente.
La società lussemburghese potrà occuparsi della progettazione e organizzazione di nuove esposizioni in ogni parte del mondo, come del trasferimento delle singole opere per conto del Collezionista o del singolo privato, presso un luogo specifico indicato dal Cliente.
La società potrà fornire ai Clienti possessori di opere d'Arte, delle expertise, con relative autentiche sottoscritte da importanti e reputati critici d'arte italiani e internazionali.
Creazione di NFT (Non Fungible Tokenisation), per ogni oggetto artistico che il proprietario Cliente volesse commercializzare e/o per proprie necessità o per facilitare rapporti con banche specializzate nel finanziamento di collaterali mediante LTV (Loan to Value) banche con cui la società Sansedoni lussemburghese collabora da anni per facilitare la realizzazione dei progetti dei propri Clienti. La Società potrà occuparsi di valutare dei progetti cc.dd. business plan per ottenere dei finanziamenti.
Ogni attività sarà strettamente sottoposta a tutte le normative vigenti in materia di compliance e di lotta al riciclaggio del denaro sporco, come previsto dalle direttive europee vigenti.
